We offer drop shipping for any unassembled item anywhere in the USA. Assembly is minimal, typically requiring just 5 to 10 bolts depending on the item’s size. For larger or local orders, we also provide curbside delivery with the furniture fully assembled.
Typical production lead time is 4–8 weeks, plus shipping. Please note that lead times may be longer during peak summer months. Since each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, we believe you’ll find it well worth the wait. If you need something sooner, floor models may also be available for immediate purchase and delivery.
Backyard Living Co's manufacturer warrants its poly-resin furniture products against defects in craftsmanship and materials for a period of twenty (20) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers structural integrity, finish, and component parts.
